Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot cancel or accept returns for personalised items. We only offer exchanges.
NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
If you wish to return a product, you can send an email to our team at contact@sylviejewels.co.uk, including your name, order number, and the reason for your return request.
Our customer service team will ask you a few mandatory questions about your return in order to prevent abuse.
You may return a product within 30 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods using the original payment method.
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, we will accept it provided that you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue a store credit for the amount spent upon arrival or process the exchange for you.
Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days, and potentially longer depending on your financial institution.
If you decide to return your item(s), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
All products are covered by a lifetime warranty.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are possible if your order was placed before 11:00 PM CET on the same day. After this time, all orders are processed, information is locked, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
